Service Description
The performing requirements of Christopher Jackson are minimal and are outlined below. If you have specific questions/concerns, please feel free to discuss them with us for clarification. Also, this session is to book a time for us to discuss the event via Zoom. Travel/Lodging - One (1) Round Trip Airline Tickets (please review times with us prior to purchasing) - Or gas mileage reimbursement if within 4 hour driving distance of the area at the standard IRS Mileage Rate at the time of travel. -Compensation for One (1) Hotel Room in a 4.0 star or higher establishment. -Rental Car or compensation thereof for transportation to and from the Venue/Airport/Hotel Product Sales - Permission, a place & personnel to assist with product sales Honorarium/Deposit · The honorarium is $1000.00 for Christopher Jackson for the weekend. · An initial deposit of $500.00 is due (1 week prior) to secure the date on our calendar. The remaining balance is due on the day of the event before songs are rendered. Important: The deposit is non-refundable under the following conditions; your organization cancels for any reason, inclement weather and/or flight cancellation or any such beyond our control, unforeseen emergencies such as sudden severe illness or death of our or your immediate family. Please note that in these conditions the deposit will still be in good standing for rescheduling within 60 days of the event date. Once you have completed your booking request we will send you instructions on how to pay deposit. Advertisement · Should you need a video or photo of Christopher Jackson we will work with you to accommodate your request. *If you are in agreement with the above mentioned requirements, please complete and return the Request Form. Once this form is received in our office we will schedule a conference call to discuss the event details/expectations via Zoom*
